We require that our suppliers maintain high moral and ethical standards in producing and transporting products offered for sale on our websites, including the obligation to avoid all forms of forced or compulsory labor or other abusive labor practices. We also require them to allow for an unannounced review of their adherence to these policies at any time to ensure compliance.

Any supplier found to have violated our policy against the use of human trafficking activities in the production or supply of products offered for sale on our websites will be subject to swift discipline including removal of products from our websites and account termination. We also reserve the right to take legal action against suppliers who violate this policy, including reporting violations to law enforcement and government agencies.
