In 2024, we accomplished our goal to continue to enrich our communities through charitable contributions and volunteer efforts.
We donated products worth tens of thousands of dollars to various organizations. Some of the highlights include:
- In March and June, we donated furniture, décor, small appliances, and lockers to The Other Side Academy in Utah.
- In June, we donated approximately 14 pallets of items to Habitat for Humanity in Utah.
- In June, we donated photography studio supplies to a local high school in Utah.
We encourage customers to make a difference by making donations through our checkout page.
- In 2024, our customers donated thousands of dollars to Mercy Housing through our website.
volunteer work
We encourage our employees to contribute to the community by volunteering their time and talents. In January 2024, we launched a company volunteer program called Project We Go Beyond, through which employees are asked to volunteer at least eight hours per quarter, or thirty-two hours per year, in their local communities.
We identify and notify employees of volunteer opportunities in the community.
In 2024, we accomplished our goal to continue to enrich our communities through charitable contributions and volunteer efforts. Some of the volunteer efforts included:
- We ran two blood drives to collect employee blood donations, supporting the American Red Cross.
- Employees volunteered thousands of hours of time through food banks/pantries, homeless shelters, youth programs, educational programs, libraries, schools, refugee programs, and animal shelters, and by donating blood, assisting the elderly, and cleaning trails and beaches.
